Description
Decant this dark plum colored Cabernet blend to pull out all the blackberry and plum aromas and flavors. This wine has a nose of berries, wet earth, dark chocolate and black cherry. Smooth tannins with a medium finish. The fruit in the blend is from both the Sarocka Estate in the Spring Mountain district and fruit from Kenefick Ranch in Calistoga. An outstanding wine from this small 2.5 acre estate that is rare to find in the market.
