The Family Jones Spirit House in Denver is the lab where we create, hone and craft all of our recipes. Our offerings at The Family Jones Spirit House are built on three things: quality ingredients, thoughtful blending, and a touch of moxie. With this in mind, we decided that everything in our Spirit House space— cocktails, small plates, and crew—should be built on the same ideals.
EARL GREY JUNIPER JONES GIN
A barrel-aged version of our Juniper Jones Gin, enhanced with Earl Grey tea provided by our friends at Teakoe Tea. Try it as a substitute in your favorite gin cocktail, or go bold and use it in an Old Fashioned or Hot Toddy in lieu of whiskey.
Tasting Notes: Citrus oil, bergamot, dill, cacao.
TECHNICAL
Our single estate Juniper Jones Gin made from grains farmed 10 miles from our distillery. This spirit has an amber hue because we aged the Gin in ex-Bourbon barrels that also previously held Earl Grey tea leaves. We then cut the spirit with Colorado Spring water to 97 proof. (48.5% ABV).
