Description
Single vineyard, 30-year old vines. Hand destemmed, fermented on native yeasts. Aged in French oak (20-40% new) for 12 months and finished in concrete for 6 months. Rests in bottle for a year before release. Delicious and complex, with layered dark fruits and herbs, with a touch of earth and supple tannins. Clean and precise through the finish.
