VENDANGES / HARVEST: From historic terroirs of the Château.
VINIFICATION / WINEMAKING: From September 7th to 27th. Hand harvesting in several passes, according to the level of maturity of the plots. Meticulous sorting in the vines and in the vatroom. Gentle vinification by infusion. Cold maceration. Maceration period from 30 to 35 days decided by daily tastings.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14% vol.
AGEING: In barrels and casks.
